Lt. Shri Laxmi Narayan Tayal
LNT College of Education is being successfully run under the Shri Laxmi Narayan Tayal Educational Society since February 2008. The institution was established in the loving memory of Lt. Shri Laxmi Narayan Tayal, a great educationalist, social reformer and secular thinker, who devoted his life to the cause of education and social development.
The college began its academic journey with the B.Ed. programme (200 intake) and later expanded by introducing D.Ed. (50 intake) and M.Ed. (70 intake). These programmes are designed for students who aspire to pursue academics as a profession and develop into professional teachers equipped with modern tools and advanced teaching technologies.
In the academic session 2023–24, the college proposed new career-oriented courses such as B.Sc. Sports (50 intake), B.Sc. Computer Science (50 intake), BCA and BBA under CRSU University, Jind, reflecting its commitment to quality and diversified education.
